It’s Monday! Arguably the worst day of the week, after a nice relaxing weekend it’s back to the reality of work – or whatever your regular is. Mondays are now Motivation Mondays! This is a great motivation picture that really helped me get up and workout when I didn’t want to workout. Make a commitment to yourself and when the time comes – don’t think about it – just DO IT! Whether it’s getting in your morning workout, taking the time to cook something instead of zapping some quick package meal, whatever it is – do it!
